Checkout: Please use PayPal, Check, Money Order for payment as indicated with the item being sold. Payment must be made within 4 days of the auction closing. If payment is not made within that time frame we will file an unpaid item dispute. If mailing a check or money order, please inform us by e-mail to avoid additional invoices and to insure that we do not file an unpaid item dispute.

Shipping: Please note if purchasing multiple items that we will make every effort to reduce you shipping costs and combine the shipments where possible. If purchasing multiple items from us, please wait till we send you an invoice for the total cost, that allows to calculate the lowest possible shipping cost for you.

Shipping, handling & insurance fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Let's understand shipping and "Handling" - Please note that handling is included in all our shipping quotes. We need to pay printing fees, damage fees, shipping and processing fees. We need to buy packing material, envelopes, tape, labels and more. This is what handling means. We have to cover the costs of the materials or we will have to stop bringing you these unique items. We are glad you understand.

Insurance: Please note, that if you don't insure your purchase, we assume no responsibility for loss or damage caused by the carrier. Once an item is picked up by the carrier, eLiquidAssets, Inc. has no control over delivery. Insurance does not cover loss or theft of your items once the package has been delivered to your home/office. USPS items have insurance options available for a fee at checkout.

International: All items sent international will be sent with a customs sticker / label, marked as "merchandise" and listed at full auction price paid. We cannot send as a gift, we cannot send as a return, we cannot send for value less than the eBay® winning bid. We cannot break Federal Law, very sorry, if you do not wish to pay custom fees in your country, please do not bid.

Warranty: eLiquidAssets, Inc. does not warranty any items listed or sold, all items are sold as is, where is and without warranty from eLiquidAssets, Inc.. Items that are factory sealed and sold with a factory warranty are covered by the manufacturer and not by eLiquidAssets, Inc. Any questions about function or use or any questions about service or lack of use must be directed to the manufacturer. eLiquidAssets, Inc. is not a retail store, we are brokers and are selling items for our clients, we are not dealers of any one item.

Refunds: We will happily issue a refund if the item delivered was not the exact item in the auction or listing. Please notify us within 72-hours of receipt (3-Business Days), there is no exception to this policy. We cannot issue a refund if the item was damaged in transit. We can however file for an insurance claim if you paid for insurance. All refunds will be issued by check or credited back to your credit card within 10-days of our receipt of payment from the insurance agency.

We do not accept refunds if you do not like the item, it does not fit, you changed your mind, you did not ask the appropriate questions, you miss valued the item, your overbid or it does not do what you wanted it to do as we are an eBay® broker, we don't stock our items, we sell what our clients bring us, and once sold we pay our clients, we cannot return items.

Refund Exceptions: If we approve a refund for a non-refundable item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, with a minimum restocking fee of $10. Please note, shipping, handling and return shipping is not refundable. All refunds will be issued within ten(10) days. Please allow fourteen(14) days to receive your refund.

Hours: Please note eLiquidAssets, Inc. office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. eLiquidAssets, Inc. cannot reply to emails or phone calls during non-office hours. eLiquidAssets, Inc. offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

Feedback Policy: Feedback is left in reply to all feedback left. Due to the quantity of items we list we only reply to feedback a couple times a month. We will always reply to feedback left. If there is an issue, we appreciate if you would contact us so we can resolve the issue before negative feedback is necessary.

Non Payment Policy: All non-paying bidders are reported to eBay® and issued a strike on their account. 3-Strikes and eBay® suspends your account.

Bid Retraction Policy: Please be aware that any bids retracted without contacting us by e-mail and accompanied by valid reason, will be cause for us to place the bidder/buyer on our Blocked Bidder/Buyer list. Per e-Bay policy, “Misuse of the bid retraction option to manipulate the bidding process is not permitted. This includes any manipulation of the bidding process to discover the maximum bid of the current high bidder or to uncover the reserve price.” It has been our experience that although e-bay has this policy, bid retractions for this purpose are still be done and as a result, we have implemented our own policy. Per e-Bay, “Inappropriate or excessive bid retraction harms the marketplace. It is unfair to buyers who are placing legitimate bids and it can harm sellers by driving away legitimate bidders. Bid retraction undermines trust in the marketplace, since a bid is a binding contract between the seller and the buyer. Please bid responsibly.”

E-Bay (0) Buyers: If you are an e-bay (0) buyer please contact us prior to bidding to verify method of payment. We have had problems with people with new e-bay accounts bidding on items and not following through with payment. It takes over two weeks to recover our fees, not to mention the loss of selling time. We will cancel any bids from e-bay (0) bidders that do not follow this policy.
